A great resource for anyone traveling to Barbados. I purchased it in preparation for my 4th trip there and found it to contain lots of great nuggets of information. Even my friend who has been to Barbados dozens of times over the years was impressed with this little book. Great to have the inside track from someone who lived there!
Good basic overview if you like holding a book in your hand. Otherwise, much more information is available for free online.

This book starts with brief history of the island - great for context - and then lists beaches, attractions and activities with useful descriptions including the personal experience of the author. I lived in Barbados for a few years in childhood and will be returning with my family for a visit this year. This book is a great refresher but also a good resource for the first-time visitor.Full disclosure: I know the author personally.
